Hurlers fail at final hurdleMunster Club Senior Hurling Final 2007 Loughmore-Castleiney 1-6 Tulla 0-7
Hurlers reach Munster finalTulla 2-13 Ballyduf Upper 0-14 And so the fairytale continues. Tulla will contest their first ever Munster Club Final on 2nd December against Loughmore-Castleiney of Tipperary. The five point victory over Ballyduff was hard fought and merited. An outstanding first half display was somewhat marred by some wayward shooting by the Tulla forwards. However, in the second half they more than made up for this with some wonderful scores. The final whistle was greeted with a resounding roar from the fantastic support for Tulla. The Tulla Pipers Band led out the team during the pre-match formalities adn this really added to the athmosphere. In the opening game the Tulla under 10s gave a wonderful performance against their Waterford counterparts. So its onwards and upwards on this wonderful oddyssey. Next stop is the Gaelic grounds against our old friends from Tipperary. Hard to imagine, Tulla, in the Munster Club Senior Hurling Final.
